Cutting & Wrapping

All Game: $1.35/lb

Minimum Deer Charge: $90

Beef & Domestic Bison: $1.25/lb

** any animals over 850lbs (hanging weight) will incur additional charges **

Sausage & Smoking

** All sausage types require a minimum of 15 lbs and all prices include 20% pork fat added to meat**

** Any CELIAC or Pork Allergy orders will incur a $20 fee **

Premium Sausage Making: $3.40/lb
